Each subscription includes:

• 4 scheduled maintenance cleans per month (1 per week)

• The same vetted cleaner whenever possible

• Priority scheduling during busy periods

• Light tidying, dusting, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen surfaces

Need extras like oven, fridge, or windows? Just add them to your plan.

Yes — your first visit includes a one-time Setup Clean if your home hasn’t had a professional clean in 3+ months.

This allows us to bring your space up to BrightSpace maintenance standards and ensures you get the full value of your subscription moving forward.

Setup Clean fees (one-time, added to your first bill):

• Tier 1: $125

• Tier 2: $150

• Tier 3: $175

We’ll confirm this with you in advance so you always know what to expect.

We do our best to keep your cleaner consistent, and most subscribers have the same trusted cleaner week to week. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll notify you and send a trained team member with full access to your custom checklist and preferences.

Prefer a change? We’re happy to accommodate.

Yes. If something comes up, you can reschedule a clean with at least 48 hours' notice. We'll do our best to move it within the same week. Missed cleans don’t roll over, so timely notice is key!

Not a problem. If your home is over 5000 sq ft, has unique features, or falls outside the standard tiers, we’re happy to provide a customized subscription quote.

Yes — we arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools for every job.

However, we highly recommend using your home’s vacuum and mop whenever possible. This helps prevent cross-contamination between homes and ensures the most hygienic results for your space.

Don’t have your own vacuum or mop? No problem — we can recommend a high-quality model, place the order on your behalf, and include it on your BrightSpace billing for maximum convenience.

Just let us know what you need at the time of booking, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Your flat monthly subscription fee is charged at the start of each billing cycle. No hidden fees, no hourly rates. Add-ons and extra visits are invoiced separately when applicable.

For most residential clients, cleaning services are not tax-deductible. If you’re using the subscription for a rental or income property, consult your accountant — you may be eligible for deductions.

Just send us written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date, and we’ll cancel your subscription with no penalties or fuss. We’ll always welcome you back.
